Celebrating National Allied Health Day

Yesterday, we celebrated National Allied Health Day, recognising the incredible contribution our allied health professionals make to the health and wellbeing of our patients every day.

From helping patients regain their mobility and independence to supporting their nutritional, emotional and communication needs, our allied health teams play a vital role in patient care and recovery.

Here at the San, we're fortunate to have a dedicated team of allied health professionals supporting both inpatients and outpatients, including physiotherapists, social workers, dietitians, speech pathologists, occupational therapists, exercise physiologists and allied health assistants.

Thank you to all our wonderful allied health professionals for the expertise, compassion and dedication they bring to the San each day.
