December & January Practice Closure Dates
San GP Centre will be closed over the Christmas & New Year period, from Friday 25th December 2026 to Monday 4th January 2027.
We will resume normal opening hours from Tuesday 5th January 2027.
If you require health advice or an urgent home visit, please contact our after hours service, the National Home Doctor Service, on 13 74 25 (13SICK).
Our San Emergency Department is also available 24 hours a day.
