Welcoming Nicolette Boele MP to the San

Sydney Adventist Hospital was pleased to welcome Independent Member for Bradfield, Nicolette Boele MP, for a visit to the hospital and an opportunity to learn more about the care and services we provide to our local community.

Ms Boele was welcomed by Adventist HealthCare CEO Brett Goods, San Foundation Managing Director Judy Tanna and Chief Medical Officer Dr Nicole Phillips, who accompanied her on a tour, showcasing a range of the hospital’s clinical, diagnostic and education facilities.

The tour included visits to the hospital’s birthing suites, Knight Ward, MDT conference room, as well as the Robert and Jeanne Szeto PET-CT Centre and Clinical Education Centre. Along the way, Ms Boele had the opportunity to see firsthand the breadth of care and services available at the San and meet some of the people who help make that care possible every day.

Following the tour, Ms Boele joined Chief Operations and Nursing Executive Clare Lumley, Clinical Director of Surgical Services Dr Pecky De Silva and ENT Surgeon Professor Payal Mukherjee for a productive discussion about healthcare delivery and some of the key issues and challenges facing hospitals, clinicians and the broader healthcare sector.

As one of the major healthcare providers in the Bradfield electorate, Sydney Adventist Hospital plays an important role in supporting the health and wellbeing of the local community, making the visit a valuable opportunity to share insights and strengthen connections with our local representative.

We thank Ms Boele for taking the time to visit Sydney Adventist Hospital and for her interest in the work of our teams.

Sydney Adventist Hospital looks forward to continuing its engagement with Ms Boele and building a strong and productive relationship focused on the needs of the Bradfield community.
