Navigating Through Loss Forum
Our patients, family members and community are warmly invited to attend our Navigating Through Loss Forum to be held at the Cancer Support Centre.

Loss can take many forms; the loss of a loved one, a health diagnosis, changes in relationships, identity, work, or the life we once expected. Wherever you may find yourself, this space is here to acknowledge the many ways loss can be experienced.
This free forum offers an opportunity to:
- Be in a supportive, respectful environment
- Connect with others who may be navigating similar experiences
- Explore the impact of loss in a way that feels safe and at your own pace.
The session will be facilitated by Michelle and Kirsty, both with backgrounds in healthcare and support services, who will hold the space with care and compassion.
