Cancer & Nutrition Workshop: Navigating the Supermarket

Thanks to San Foundation, we are providing a series of free workshops presented by Four Seasons Dietetics.

The workshops aim to improve each individual’s nutrition status to optimise cancer treatment outcomes, teach the foundations of a healthy diet and provide techniques on how to create a healthy meal plan. Each session will focus on a different topic.
