Clinical Facilitation

Developed by the Council of Deans of Nursing and Midwifery (Australia and New Zealand), the Clinical Facilitation: Essential Skills and Principles short course helps healthcare professionals build their clinical facilitation skills. 

Whether you are new to clinical facilitation or have experience in the role, this course provides practical knowledge and tools to support student learning in the clinical environment. This course is ideal for anyone who is involved in teaching or mentoring students within the clinical environment.

Course Units
This course requires approximately 10 hours of study and assessment. You will have access to all course materials for a full 12 months.

Assessment
Learners are engaged through videos, case studies and self-assessment activities which support and reinforce learning. You are required to complete a quiz within each module to complete the course successfully.

Delivery Mode
Our online short course requires approximately 10 hours of eLearning. It is self-paced, allowing you to study at your convenience. You will engage in interactive modules, real-world case studies, reflective exercises and self-assessment to make the most of the course content.
