Oncology patient navigators

Patient navigators act as a point of contact for patients throughout all aspects of their treatments – coordinating care, and supporting and educating patients and family members. A cancer diagnosis can be life-changing — and navigating the healthcare system during this time can feel overwhelming. If you have received or are receiving treatment at the San, our cancer patient navigators are here to help.
