Outpatient health & wellness services
Cancer patients can take advantage of several specialised outpatient health and wellness services who have partnered with the San, including nutrition and dietetics sessions, fitness classes, lymphoedema clinic, massage, and psychology and counselling services.
Oncology patient navigators
Patient navigators act as a point of contact for patients throughout all aspects of their treatments – coordinating care, and supporting and educating patients and family members. A cancer diagnosis can be life-changing — and navigating the healthcare system during this time can feel overwhelming. If you have received or are receiving treatment at the San, our cancer patient navigators are here to help.
