Advanced Life Support Level 1 (ALS1) Accreditation
San Education, in partnership with Resuscitation Australia, are proud to offer ALS1 accreditation.
Designed by Resuscitation Australia and delivered by Sydney Adventist Hospital's accredited ALS2 Instructors, this nationally recognised ALS1 course equips healthcare professionals with the knowledge, skills and confidence to recognise, respond to and manage cardiac arrest and other life-threatening emergencies.
Using a blended learning approach that combines self-paced online learning with immersive face-to-face simulation, the course provides a practical, evidence-based learning experience that prepares participants to respond effectively in real clinical situations.
Self-paced online learning
Complete the online modules at your own pace before attending the practical training day. These modules provide the essential theoretical knowledge that underpins advanced life support practice.
Face-to-face simulation training
Participate in a half day of hands-on education led by Sydney Adventist Hospital's accredited ALS2 Instructors. High-fidelity simulation and realistic clinical scenarios allow you to apply your knowledge, develop practical skills and build confidence in a supportive learning environment.
Continuous assessment
Knowledge and practical skills are assessed throughout both the online and face-to-face components, ensuring you receive ongoing feedback and are well prepared to achieve ALS1 accreditation.
