Advanced Life Support Level 2 (ALS2) Accreditation
San Education, in partnership with Resuscitation Australia, are proud to offer ALS2 accreditation.
Developed by Resuscitation Australia and delivered by Sydney Adventist Hospital's accredited ALS2 Instructors, the ALS2 course prepares experienced healthcare professionals to confidently lead and participate in the management of cardiac arrest and other life-threatening medical emergencies.
Through a combination of self-directed learning, practical skills development and immersive simulation, participants strengthen their ability to make clinical decisions, lead resuscitation teams, communicate effectively and apply evidence-based Advanced Life Support principles in complex, high-pressure environments.
Designed for clinicians who are regularly involved in emergency response, the course focuses on developing leadership, teamwork and the practical application of advanced resuscitation skills to improve patient outcomes.
Self-paced online learning
Complete the online modules at your own pace before attending the practical training day. These modules provide the essential theoretical knowledge that underpins advanced life support practice.
Face-to-face simulation training
Participate in a half day of hands-on education led by Sydney Adventist Hospital's accredited ALS2 Instructors. High-fidelity simulation and realistic clinical scenarios allow you to apply your knowledge, develop practical skills and build confidence in a supportive learning environment.
Continuous assessment
Knowledge and practical skills are assessed throughout both the online and face-to-face components, ensuring you receive ongoing feedback and are well prepared to achieve ALS2 accreditation.
