The Novus Foundation

The Novus Foundation was established in 2006 as a partnership between the Rotary Club of Wahroonga and McCarroll’s Automotive to support youth projects in the Hornsby Ku-ring-gai region - home to over 86,000 young people under 25 years of age.

The Novus Foundation supports organisations that provide services, facilities and programs that help young people reach their full potential. We believe that supporting youth now will build a better future for individual youth, and better communities for all of us.

At a series of elegant Gala Balls held each year since 2006, the Novus Foundation has raised over $515,000 for for a variety of different organisations that are investing in our youth.  In 2011, there were 6 beneficiaries, including:

  • Police Community and Youth Club (PCYC Hornsby Ku-ring-gai) programs
  • Sydney Adventist Hospital’s HealthCare Outreach program
  • StreetWork (Chatswood)
  • Rotary Club of Wahroonga's youth projects
  • Bear Cottage, Manly
  • Studio-ARTES Northside

In 2011, the Gala Ball was held at Miramere Gardens, Terrey Hills, on Saturday, May 28.  For further information on the Dinner in 2012, or the Foundation, you can contact the Novus Foundation via their website www.novusfoundation.org.au.
