The New Graduate Program provides support for nurses and midwives as they transition from academic study to the Clinical setting.
New Graduate Registered Nurses will experience three (3) placements during their 12 month program. Typically we encourage you to try a variety of different areas to broaden your experience and skills. Each New Graduate will discuss their preferences with the program coordinator to tailor their placements to best suit their individual requests. As NSW’s largest single campus private hospital the San can offer you an extensive range of clinical area’s for your placements and potential career.
