 Profile:  Dr Giutronich graduated MBBS from the University of NSW in 1976 and after Orthopaedic training in the UK and Sydney gained Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Surgeons in 1986. He is also a Fellow of the Australian Orthopaedics Association. Dr Giutronich is Senior Orthopaedic Examiner for the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, and is past Chairman of the Sydney Adventist Hospital Orthopaedic Department. His area of expertise is in hip and knee surgery, specialising in hip and knee replacement as well as arthroscopic surgery. Common procedures include ceramic on ceramic total hip replacement, total knee replacement, unicondylar knee resurfacing, arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, and arthroscopic meniscal surgery.
 
 Research:  Dr Giutronich has a special interest in hip and knee replacements. His research interests are in techniques and results of joint replacement.
