Refer a Friend Program
Sydney Adventist Hospital acknowledges the fact that one of the main reasons staff enjoy working here is the colleagues that you work with. For this reason, Sydney Adventist Hospital will offer a recruitment incentive bonus to an employee who introduces a colleague or friend for employment at the Hospital. The bonus will be $1000, and paid via a shopping voucher for a preferred organization, eg Myers.
This recruitment incentive will be offered in the following professional areas:
- Doctors – Emergency Care
For an employee to be eligible for a Recruitment incentive, the referred individual must be successful on application, employed on a permanent basis and have completed 6 months employment on a minimum of 2 shifts (16 contractual hours) per week at Sydney Adventist Hospital.
The applicant must include the referral form with their CV at the point of application of employment. If this form is not received by Human Resources prior to the commencement of employment, you will not be eligible for this incentive.
Recruitment incentive payments will only be made if the referee remains employed 6 months from the commencement of employment by the applicant.
