The Ethics Committee meets seven times a year and at the call of the Chairperson. For applications to be considered at a Committee meeting, applications must be received by the appropriate submission closing date.

For submissions to be considered by the committee at the meeting date, all documentation must be received by the Research Governance & Ethics Officer by 5pm on the submission closing date.
