Congratulations Maternity on Outstanding Patient Satisfaction Survey Results
San Maternity Ranked Number 1
San Maternity ranked first overall in a 2010 independent, Australia-wide Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey (300+ bed, Private Hospital category). This means they had the highest level of patient satisfaction of all Maternity units surveyed in this category at that time. In particular;
- SAH Maternity services overall were ranked 1st
- Doctor Care achieved 1st in the overall ranking
- Midwifery/Nursing Care was ranked 1st
- Courtesy of staff who delivered meals, and cleaned the rooms, were both ranked 1st
Congratulations to all the staff in Maternity for such an outstanding achievement. Working within a multidisciplinary team we strive to support and meet the needs of our patients and their families in a friendly and courteous manner. This result reflects our philosophy of care, and the hard work of our staff.
