The San Hospital’s Level 6 Poon Oncology Ward was reopened after a major rebuilding and refurbishment program that expanded it to a thirty nine bed facility. Poon Ward now has twenty nine private rooms with ensuites, three, two bed wards and a four bed observation ward specifically designed to meet the needs of high dependency patients.
The beautiful architecturally inspired ward provides the access to the best resources and is the perfect venue to care for cancer patients through all phases of their disease. This dedicated facility can provide chemotherapy, radiotherapy, infusions and all symptom control.
