Meadowbank TAFE in partnership with Sydney Adventist Hospital (SAH) offers a Diploma of Nursing (Enrolled / Division 2) starting on the 17th September 2012.
The length of the course will be 15 months. During this time you will attend Meadowbank TAFE for the theoretical component of your course and complete your supernumerary clinical placements at SAH. Applicants will be selected by an interview process.
All applications need to include:
- The signed Working with Children Check Consent Form - please print this form and send it in, do not complete online
- Completed immunisation form and immunisation checklist
- Passport photo
- CV with details of previous qualifications obtained
- 100 Point Identification check - please refer to this form and bring the relevant original documents on your first day.
The cost of the course is:
- TAFE component -- $7,900 (you will be eligible to apply for VET Fee-Help)

After the completion of the Diploma of Nursing(Enrolled/Division2 nursing)HLT51607 at Sydney Adventist Hospital, you are eligible to apply for the Bachelor of Nursing at Avondale College and gain 12 months credit from their 3 year program.
